Mr. Cumhur Akdemir is a former Chief Prosecutor of the Republic of Turkey retired in 2024. He was graduated from the top Law School in Turkey, Ankara University in 1981. He started his law career as a criminal first-instance court Judge, then was appointed as the prosecutor of Republic of Turkey. he was granted to be the Chief Prosecutor of Turkish Republic in 1996. Before his retirement from government in 2024, he was working as the executive prosecutor of Turkish Republic in Izmir for 25 years. ​​​​​​

​With his 40+ year law career, he is expert of any field of Turkish Criminal Law and Execution Law.
